| 以二苯基硫脲和氨水为原料、氧气为氧化剂制备促进剂DPG,研究氨水/二苯基硫脲质量比、氨水质量分数、二苯基硫脲颗粒粒径和杂质、反应温度和压力对其收率和品质的影响。结果表明:氨水/二苯基硫脲质量比和氨水质量分数对促进剂DPG的收率和熔点影响较大,二苯基硫脲粒径对促进剂DPG的收率和熔点影响较小,但通过对二苯基硫脲粉碎和水洗可以降低其杂质含量和减少副反应,缩短反应时间,改善促进剂DPG的外观;当氨水/二苯基硫脲质量比为12/1,氨水质量分数为18%,二苯基硫脲粒径为0.150 mm,反应温度为50 ℃,反应压力为0.6 MPa时,促进剂DPG的收率为96%,熔点为146 ℃,纯度为98%以上,满足行业标准要求。 |

| The accelerator DPG was prepared using diphenylthiourea and ammonia water as raw materials,using oxygen as the oxidant.The effects of ammonia water/diphenylthiourea mass ratio,ammonia water mass fraction,diphenylthiourea particle size and impurities,reaction temperature and pressure on accelerator DPG yield and quality were studied.The results showed that the ammonia water/diphenylthiourea mass ratio and ammonia water mass fraction had significant impact on the yield and melting point of accelerator DPG,while the diphenylthiourea particle size had small impact on the yield and melting point of promoter DPG.However,by crushing and washing,the impurity content of diphenylthiourea and side reactions was reduced,the reaction time was shortened and the appearance of accelerator DPG was improved.When the ammonia water/diphenylthiourea mass ratio was 12/1,the of ammonia water mass fraction was 18%,the diphenylthiourea particle size was 0.150 mm,the reaction temperature was 50 ℃ and the reaction pressure was 0.6 MPa,the yield of accelerator DPG was 96%,the melting point was 146 ℃ and the purity was over 98%,which met the industry standard requirements. |
