| 研究低锌活性剂SA-1在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明：采用低锌活性剂SA-1部分替代间接法氧化锌，胶料的 t50和t90缩短，硫化胶的300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率增大，耐磨性能和耐老化性能提高；动态力学性能及成品轮胎的高速性能与耐久性能达到企业标准要求；轮胎生产成本
降低。 |

| The application of low zinc activator SA-1 in the tread compound of steel-belted radial tires was studied.The results showed that partially replacing indirect zinc oxide with low-zinc activator SA-1，the t50 and t90 of compound were shortened，the 300% modulus，tensile strength and elongation at break of vulcanizate increased，the wear resistance and aging resistance were improved.Dynamic mechnical properties of vulcanizate，high-speed performance and durability of finished tires met the requirements of enterprise standard，and the production cost of was reduced. |
