      针对船舶自动系泊用橡胶吸盘性能试验,设计了一种新型橡胶吸盘垂直吸附力和水平摩擦力试验方案,并与现有试验方案进行对比,应用新型试验方案重点研究足尺和缩比橡胶吸盘对垂直吸附力和水平摩擦力的影响。结果表明:新型试验方案结构设计合理,满足试验要求;橡胶吸盘的最大垂直吸附力和水平摩擦力与吸附面积近似成正比,足尺和缩比橡胶吸盘的最大垂直吸附力分别为292.82和110.23 kN,最大静态水平摩擦力分别为270.93和99.06 kN,最大动态水平摩擦力分别为253.42和85.72 kN;足尺和缩比橡胶吸盘在垂直吸附力试验中吸附力和变形同时达到最大值,在水平摩擦力试验中摩擦力达到最大值时变形存在差异。研究成果可为同类橡胶吸盘的研发和性能试验提供重要参考。
英文摘要:
      In response to the performance test of rubber suction cups for ship automatic mooring,a new test scheme for the vertical adsorption force and horizontal friction force of rubber suction cups were designed and compared with the existing test scheme,and the effects of full-size and reduced-scale rubber suction cups on the vertical adsorption force and horizontal friction force were studied by applying the new test scheme. The results showed that the structure design of new test scheme was reasonable and met the test requirements. The maximum vertical adsorption force and horizontal friction force of the rubber suction cups were approximately proportional to the adsorption area. The maximum vertical adsorption force of the full-size and reduced-scale rubber suction cups were 292.82 kN and 110.23 kN,the maximum static horizontal friction force were 270.93 kN and 99.06 kN,and the maximum dynamic horizontal friction force was 253.42 kN and 85.72 kN,respectively.In the vertical adsorption force test,the adsorption force and deformation of the full-size and reduced-scale samples reached the maximum value at the same time.In the horizontal friction force test,there was a difference in the deformation of the two kinds of rubber suction cups when the adsorption force reached the maximum value.The research results could provide important references for the research and performance test of similar rubber suction cups.
