介绍汽车传动带技术开发新进展。对于发动机前端辅助传动(FEAD)系统用多楔带的研究主要集中在改善三元乙丙橡胶加工性能、提高传动效率、降低FEAD系统噪声、高模量和弹性多楔带等方面。汽车用同步带中主要介绍了正时皮带、浸油式同步带、电动助力转向系统用同步带、电子驻车制动系统用同步带、自动移动门用同步带的特点及应用情况。随着新能源汽车快速发展以及对传统燃油发动机传动效率要求的提高,汽车行业总体有去带传动化趋势,虽然出现新的带传动应用,但总体来说未来汽车行业对传动带的需求有下降的趋势。 |

The latest advancements in the development of automotive transmission belt technology were introduced.Research on V-ribbed belt for front end auxiliary drive(FEAD)systems of engines primarily focused on improving the process ability of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer(EPDM),enhancing transmission efficiency,reducing FEAD system noise,high modulus and elastic V-ribbed belt.In the synchronous belts for automotive,the characteristics and application of timing belt,oil immersed synchronous belt,synchronous belt for electric power steering systems,synchronous belt for electronic parking brake systems and synchronous belts for automatic moving doors were introduced.With the rapid development of new energy vehicles and the increasing demand for higher transmission efficiency in traditional fuel engines,the automotive industry was generally moving toward beltless drive systems.Although new belt drive applications had emerged,the overall demand for transmission belt in the automotive industry was expected to decline in the future. |
