中文摘要:
      研究两种改性木质素在轮胎带束层胶中的应用。结果表明:采用改性木质素等量替代间苯二酚-甲醛树脂,胶料的门尼粘度降低,硫化特性和定伸应力相当,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率略有所下降,湿热老化和盐水老化后的粘合性能明显提高;与添加羟基改性木质素的胶料相比,添加脱甲基化改性木质素的胶料耐老化性能较好,生热较低;当脱甲基化改性木质素用量为1.2份时,胶料的综合性能最佳。
英文摘要:
      The application of two kinds of modified lignin in the belt compounds of tire was studied.The results showed that,replacing equal amounts of resorcinol-formaldehyde resin with modified lignins,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased,the vulcanization characteristics and modulus were equivalent,the tensile strength and elongation at break decreased slightly,and the adhesive property after wet heat aging and salt water aging were improved significantly.The compounds with demethylated modified lignin had better aging resistance and lower heat build-up than the compounds with hydroxylated modified lignin. When the amount of demethylated modified lignin was 1.2 phr,the comprehensive properties of the compound were the best.
