      以3-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷和硫氢化钠水溶液为原料,选用合适的催化剂直接加热缩合制备3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷(硅烷偶联剂KH580),研究反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量对硅烷偶联剂KH580纯度和收率的影响。结果表明:随着反应温度的升高,反应时间的延长,催化剂用量的增大,硅烷偶联剂KH580的收率和纯度增大,且增幅随着反应条件达到一定数值后趋于平稳,最终确定硅烷偶联剂KH580的最佳合成工艺为反应温度 65~70 ℃,反应时间 4 h,催化剂用量 6%。
英文摘要:
      Using 3-chloropropyl triethoxysilane and sodium hydrosulfide aqueous solution as raw materials,the 3-mercaptopropyl triethoxysilane(silane coupling agent KH580) was prepared by direct heating condensation with suitable catalyst,and the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst dosages on the purity and yield of silane coupling agent KH580 were studied.The results showed that with the increase of reaction temperature,the prolongation of reaction time and the increase of catalyst dosages,the yield and purity of silane coupling agent KH580 increased,and the increase tended to be flat as the reaction conditions reached a certain value.Finally,the optimal synthesis process for silane coupling agent KH580 was determined to be:reaction temperature 65~70 ℃,reaction time 4 h,catalyst dosage 6%.
