      介绍耐迁移型防老剂的研究进展。大分子质量型防老剂在橡胶中的迁移速度慢,稳定性较好,但是由于其分子质量大,空间位阻效应明显,会阻碍防老剂的流动,并导致其耐热氧老化效果降低;负载型防老剂的分散性提高,但是对橡胶基体有选择性,不具备普适性;生物基型防老剂环保,是未来发展的趋势,可为橡胶行业的绿色可持续发展提供助力。
英文摘要:
      The research progress of migration-resistant antioxidants was introduced.The migration speed of large molecular weight antioxidants in rubber was slow,and its stability was good.However,due to the large molecular weight and significant steric hindrance effect,the flow of antioxidants was hinder and lead to a decrease in thermal oxidative aging resistance.The dispersibility of loaded antioxidants was improved,but with the selective towards rubber matrices,it did not have universality.Biobased antioxidants were environmentally friendly and being future development trend,which could provide assistance for the green and sustainable development of the rubber industry.
