中文摘要:
      研究对比3种牌号羧基丁腈橡胶(XNBR)生胶的微观结构及胶料的物理性能。结果表明:XNBR 3304和XNBR 3450X的丙烯腈单元和丁二烯单元分布较均匀;XNBR 1072CG的丙烯腈单元和丁二烯单元分布不均匀;XNBR 3304生胶和混炼胶的门尼粘度差值较小,分子链可能存在长支链支化部分,硫化胶的耐热氧老化和耐油性能较好;XNBR 1072CG的反式-1,4结构含量较大,玻璃化转变温度较高,硫化胶的弹性较好;XNBR 3450X硫化胶的硬度、定伸应力和拉伸强度较高,耐磨性能较好,压缩永久变形小。
英文摘要:
      The microstructure of the raw rubber and the physical properties of the compound of three grades of carboxylated nitrile rubber(XNBR) were studied.The results showed that,the distribution of the acrylonitrile and butadiene structural units of XNBR 3304 and XNBR 3450X were even,and that of XNBR 1072CG was uneven.The difference in Mooney viscosity between raw rubber and mixed compound of XNBR 3304 was relatively small,indicating that the molecular chain may had long branched branches.The vulcanizate of XNBR 3304 had good heat-oxygen aging resistance and oil resistance.The trans-1,4 structure content of XNBR 1072CG was larger,the glass transition temperature was higher,and the elasticity of vulcanizate was good.The vulcanizate of XNBR 3450X had high hardness,tensile stress and tensile strength,good wear resistance,and small compression permanent deformation.
