中文摘要:
      对国产主要牌号氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)的结构和性能进行研究,并与国外类似结构HNBR对比。结果表明:国内外类似结构HNBR的性能无明显差异;在一定结合丙烯腈含量范围内,不饱和度是HNBR胶料耐低温性能和耐热氧老化性能的重要影响因素,高不饱和度的HNBR胶料具有更好的耐低温性能;结合丙烯腈含量是HNBR胶料耐油性能的重要影响因素;部分饱和的HNBR胶料在保证基本耐热氧老化性能的前提下,可获得更好的耐压缩永久变形性能和耐低温性能。
英文摘要:
      The structure and property of domestic main brand hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR) were studied,and compared with those of similar structures HNBR abroad.The results indicated that there was no significant difference in the properties of HNBR with similar structures both domestic and abroad.Within a certain range of bound acrylonitrile content,unsaturation was an important influence factor of the low temperature resistance and thermal oxidative aging resistance of HNBR compound.HNBR compound with high unsaturation had better low temperature resistance.The bound acrylonitrile content was an important influence factor of the oil resistance of HNBR compound.Partially saturated HNBR compound could achieve better compression set resistance and low temperature resistance while ensuring basic thermal oxidative aging resistance.
