| 对溴化对-特辛基酚醛树脂进行醛基化改性,制备醛基化对-特辛基酚醛树脂,研究其在异戊橡胶(IR)中的应用。傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱分析表明醛基成功取代溴连接到树脂分子链端。在IR胶料中的应用结果表明:醛基化对-特辛基酚醛树脂的交联作用与溴化对-特辛基酚醛树脂相当;随着醛基化对-特辛基酚醛树脂用量的增大,其交联作用增强,但醛基化对-特辛基酚醛树脂用量过大时,其交联作用略降低。 |

| The brominated p-tert-octylphenol-formaldehyde resin was aldehyde modified,the aldehyde functionalized p-tert-octylphenol-formaldehyde resin was prepared and its application in isoprene rubber(IR) was studied.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy analysis showed that aldehyde groups successfully replaced bromine and connected to the ends of resin molecular chains.The application results in IR compound showed that the crosslinking effect of aldehyde functionalized p-tert-octylphenol-formaldehyde resin was equivalent to that of brominated p-tert-octylphenol-formaldehyde resin.As the dosage of aldehyde functionalized p-tert-octylphenol-formaldehyde resin increased,its crosslinking effect was enhanced.However,when the dosage of aldehyde functionalized p-tert-octylphenol-formaldehyde resin was excessive,its crosslinking effect slightly decreased. |
