| 研究甲基丙烯酸掺量对羧基丁腈胶乳性能的影响。结果表明：随着甲基丙烯酸掺量增大，羧基丁腈胶乳粘度明显增大，不利于胶乳加工；甲基丙烯酸掺量对羧基丁腈胶乳的粒径及结合丙烯腈含量基本无影响；随着甲基丙烯酸掺量增大，羧基丁腈乳胶硫化试片的力学性能差异较大，且与甲基丙烯酸掺量无线性关系；当甲基丙烯酸掺量为6.0%时，羧基丁腈胶乳硫化试片的定伸应力和拉伸强度较高，综合性能较好。 |

| The effect of methacrylic acid dosage on the properties of carboxylated nitrile butadiene latex was studied.The results showed that with the increase of methacrylic acid dosage，the viscosity of carboxylated nitrile butadiene latex increased significantly，which was unfavorable for latex processing.The methacrylic acid dosage basically had no effect on the particle size and bound acrylonitrile content of carboxylated nitrile butadiene latex.As the methacrylic acid dosage increased，the mechanical properties of carboxylated nitrile butadiene latex vulcanizate sample had significant differences，and there was no linear relationship between these properties and the methacrylic acid dosage.When the methacrylic acid dosage was 6.0%，the vulcanizate sample of carboxylated nitrile butadiene latex exhibited relatively high modulus and tensile strength，along with better comprehensive performance. |
