| 研究裂解炭黑在草地轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:胎侧胶中以10份裂解炭黑等量替代炭黑N660,胶料的硫化速度加快,加工安全性提高,物理性能及耐老化性能均相当;成品轮胎的耐久性能、水压爆破和臭氧老化试验结果均满足标准要求。适量使用裂解炭黑部分替代传统炭黑,可以满足轮胎的使用性能,提高产品竞争力,并通过利用回收资源减少碳排放量。 |

| The application of pyrolysis carbon black in the sidewall compound of grass tire was studied.The results showed that replacing carbon black N660 with 10 phr pyrolysis carbon black in the sidewall compound,the vulcanization rate of the compound was accelerated,processing safety was improved,and the same physical and aging resistance were equivalent.The durability,water pressure burst,and ozone aging test results of the finished tires all met the standard requirements.The moderate use of pyrolysis carbon black as a partial replacement for carbon black could meet the performance requirements of the tire,improve the competitiveness of product,and reduce carbon emissions by utilizing recycled resources. |
