      研究橡胶隔震支座(简称支座)预热对支座硫化效率的影响。结果表明,预热温度为45 ℃,预热胶料和钢板时间不超过72 h不会对剥离强度产生影响;冬天室温低的情况下预热对支座硫化效率的提升效果明显高于夏天;预组装支座在存放周期内预热到45 ℃后再进行硫化,可有效缩短硫化时间,整体硫化效率提升7%~20%。
英文摘要:
      The effect of preheating on the vulcanization efficiency of rubber isolation bearing(hereinafter referred to as bearing) was studied.The results showed that the preheating temperature was 45 ℃,and the preheating time was not more than 72 h,which would not affect the peel strength of the rubber compound and steel plate.The preheating effect on the vulcanization efficiency of the bearing in winter when the room temperature was low was significantly higher than that in summer.When the preassembled bearings were preheated to 45 ℃ before vulcanization during the storage period,the vulcanization time could be effectively shortened,and the overall vulcanization efficiency improved by 7% to 20%.
