| 介绍我国绿色轮胎用助剂的技术研究进展。高性能白炭黑和湿法混炼白炭黑母胶等在绿色轮胎中广泛应用,白炭黑与硅烷偶联剂的有机结合有效提高了白炭黑的分散性和补强性能;石墨烯补强绿色轮胎,综合性能优异,同时增强了轮胎的导热和导电性能;淀粉材料补强绿色轮胎,不仅降低轮胎的滚动阻力,而且具有更好的节油性能,减少环境污染;新型硫化体系及其配合技术进一步改善轮胎的综合性能;生物基材料是绿色轮胎行业的重要课题。 |

| The technical research progress of additive for green tires in China was introduced.High-performance silica and wet-mixed silica masterbatches were widely used in green tires,synergistic combination of silica and silane coupling agents significantly enhanced the dispersion properties and reinforcing properties.Graphene-reinforced green tires exhibited superior comprehensive performance,the thermal and electrical conductivity were both improved.Starch materials not only reduced rolling resistance but also improved fuel-saving performance and minimized environmental pollution.Novel vulcanization systems and their compounding technologies further optimized tire performance.Bio-based materials represented a key focus in the green tire industry. |
