| 介绍一种用气相色谱法测定微晶蜡中正构烷烃的种类及含量的检测方法。该方法以角鲨烷为内标物、异辛烷为溶剂,可使高沸点的组分在较短的时间内从色谱柱中完全洗脱出来,分离效果好,测试碳数范围为C18—C46,分析速度快,测试结果重复性和再现性良好,精密度高,具有较好的可操作性。 |

| A detection method for determining the types and contents of n-alkanes in microcrystalline wax by gas chromatography(GC) was introduced.This method used squalane as the internal standard and isooctane as the solvent,which could completely wash out high boiling components from the chromatographic column in a short time,with good separation effect.The tested carbon number range included C18—C46,with fast analysis speed,good repeatability and reproducibility of test results,high precision,and good operability. |
