| 研究硫化剂母粒CP-50、AF-50及特殊功能助剂CP-40在发动机气缸盖罩氟橡胶密封圈（简称盖罩密封圈）中的应用。结果表明：氟橡胶生胶门尼粘度适当偏低时，试样的耐压缩破坏性能更好；优化配方选用氟橡胶Viton A500和A200SC，硫化体系采用硫化剂母粒CP-50与AF-50并用，并配以特殊功能助剂CP-40，在180 ℃×t90的一段硫化条件和230 ℃×20 h的二段硫化条件下，胶料综合性能更优，符合日本本田公司盖罩密封圈材料标准和欧盟RoHS，REACH，PAHs环保法规的要求。 |

| The application of vulcanizing agent masterbatch CP-50, AF-50, and special functional additive CP-40 in the fluororubber sealing ring of the engine cylinder head cover（referred to as the cover sealing ring） was studied.The results indicated that when the Mooney viscosity of the fluororubber raw rubber was appropriately low，the compressive damage resistance of the sample was better.The optimized formula used Viton A500 and A200SC fluororubber，and the vulcanization system used a combination of vulcanizing agent masterbatch CP-50 and AF-50 with a special functional additive CP-40.Under the first stage vulcanization condition of 180 ℃×t90 and the second stage vulcanization condition of 230 ℃×20 h，the comprehensive performance of the compound was better，which met the requirements of cover sealing ring material standards of Japan Honda Company and the European Union RoHS，REACH，PAHs environmental regulations. |
