| 研究新型胺类防老剂在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶和胎侧胶中的应用,并与防老剂4020进行对比。结果表明:添加新型胺类防老剂的胶料与添加防老剂4020的胶料硫化特性相当;与添加防老剂4020的硫化胶相比,添加新型胺类防老剂的胎面胶定伸应力略大,胎侧胶定伸应力和拉伸强度稍有减小,耐热老化性能略好;添加新型胺类防老剂的硫化胶耐屈挠疲劳性能较好,且在胎侧胶中的优势更为突出;在胎侧胶中,新型胺类防老剂具有优异的臭氧老化早期动态防护及长效性防护效果;在胎面胶和胎侧胶中,添加新型胺类防老剂的硫化胶表面发红现象均明显改善。 |

| The application of the new amine antioxidant in tread and sidewall compound of steel-belted radial tire was studied,and compared with antioxidant 4020.The results showed that the vulcanization characteristics of the compound adding new amine antioxidant were comparable to those of the compound adding antioxidant 4020.Compared with the vulcanizate adding antioxidant 4020,the tensile stress of the tread compound adding new amine antioxidant was slightly higher,while the tensile stress and tensile strength of the sidewall compound were slightly lower and the heat aging resistance was slightly better.The flexural fatigue resistance of the vulcanizate adding new amine antioxidant was better,and its advantages were more prominent in sidewall compound.In sidewall compound,the new amine antioxidant had excellent early dynamic protection and long-term protection effects on ozone aging.In both tread compound and sidewall compound,the surface redness phenomenon of vulcanizates adding new amine antioxidant were significantly reduced. |
