介绍近年来我国橡胶促进剂合成技术的研究进展,指出橡胶促进剂生产企业今后应该继续改进或者完善现有生产工艺技术、装置,不断提高产品收率和纯度,降低生产成本,实现清洁生产和安全环保生产;加快精制提纯技术的开发,以降低能耗,进一步提升产品的应用价值;加强废水处理新技术的开发,减少对环境的污染,提高原料的回收利用率;不断开发新产品,以满足实际生产需求。 |

The recent research progress of rubber accelerator synthesis technology in China was introduced.In the future,it was suggested that the rubber accelerator production enterprises should further improve or perfect the existing production processes and equipment to continuously increase product yield and purity,reduce production costs,and achieve clean production and safe and environmentally friendly production;accelerate the development of refining and purification technologies to reduce energy consumption and further enhance the application value of products,strengthen the development of new wastewater treatment technology,reduce environmental pollution,and improve the recycling rate of raw materials;in addition,constantly develope new products to meet actual production needs. |
