研究普通蜡、高温蜡以及抗喷霜蜡对轮胎胎侧胶性能的影响,重点研究3种蜡的抗喷霜效果,同时探讨新型胺类防老剂对防老剂4020的替代效果。结果表明:不同类型防护蜡对胎侧胶的硫化特性和物理性能影响较小;抗喷霜蜡的臭氧防护效果优异,形成的表面蜡膜致密、厚薄均匀、平整光滑,对橡胶的粘附力好,具有优异的抗喷霜效果,有效提升了轮胎的外观质量;在轮胎工业中,使用新型胺类防老剂替代防老剂4020,可以有效改善橡胶外观发红变色现象,具有广泛的使用价值。 |

The effects of ordinary wax,high-temperature wax and anti-blooming wax on the properties of tire sidewall compounds were studied,with a focus on the anti-blooming effects of the three waxes.At the same time,the substitution effect of a new antioxidant on antioxidant 4020 was discussed.The results showed that different types of protective waxes had little effect on the vulcanization characteristics and physical properties of sidewall compound.The anti-blooming wax had excellent ozonization protection effect,the formed surface wax film was dense,uniform in thickness,smooth and even,with good adhesion to rubber and small gaps,the anti-blooming wax had excellent anti-blooming effect,effectively improved the appearance quality of tires.In the tire industry,the use of a new antioxidant to replace antioxidant 4020 could effectively improve the red discoloration of rubber appearance,had wide application value. |
