      对比研究乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)、氟橡胶(FKM)和丁腈橡胶(NBR)胶料的硫化特性、物理性能、高温压缩应力松弛性能和耐油性能等,探讨3种橡胶作为密封材料的相互可替代性。结果表明:AEM胶料的物理性能较好,耐油性能较差;FKM胶料的耐老化性能、高温压缩应力松弛性能、耐油性能和耐高温性能较好;NBR胶料的耐老化性能较差,耐油性能较好。AEM适用于高温非耐油环境的密封材料,FKM适用于高温耐油环境的密封材料,而NBR适用于耐油环境的密封材料。
英文摘要:
      The vulcanization characteristics,physical properties,high-temperature compression stress relaxation performance and oil resistance of ethylene acrylic rubber(AEM),fluororubber(FKM) and nitrile rubber(NBR) compounds were studied comparatively,and the mutual substitutability of the three rubbers as sealing materials were explored.The results indicated that the physical properties of AEM compound were good,but its oil resistance was poor.FKM compound had good aging resistance,high temperature compression stress relaxation performance,oil resistance and high temperature resistance.The aging resistance of NBR compound was poor,but its oil resistance was good.AEM was suitable for sealing materials in high-temperature non oil resistant environments,FKM was suitable for sealing materials in high-temperature oil resistant environments,and NBR was suitable for sealing materials in oil resistant environments.
