分析全钢载重子午线轮胎爆破型胎侧气泡产生的原因,并提出相应的解决措施。结果表明,全钢载重子午线轮胎爆破型气泡病象产生的主要原因是胎坯内残存气体及胎坯含水量大,经过调整原材料处理方法、胶料存储条件及胎坯成型工艺条件,爆破型气泡病象基本可控,轮胎的不良率显著减小。 |

The causes of explosive sidewall bubbles in all-steel truck and bus radial tires were analyzed and corresponding solutions were proposed. The results showed that the main causes of the explosive bubbles disease in all-steel truck and bus radial tires were the residual gas and high moisture content in the green tire.After adjusting the raw material processing methods,rubber compound storage conditions,and the green tire building process conditions,the explosive bubbles disease was basically controllable,and the tire defect rate was significantly reduced. |
