中文摘要:
      对航空发动机防冰密封圈(简称密封圈)的破损失效问题进行分析。结果表明:失效密封圈均于结构薄弱点处断裂,破坏原因为过载断裂;密封圈用石墨粒径偏小导致其堆积密度降低和体积分数增大,破坏了聚四氟乙烯基体的连续相,致使聚四氟乙烯结晶度下降,材料强度降低,从而造成密封圈的破损失效;控制石墨粒径可以很好地解决密封圈的径向断裂问题。
英文摘要:
      The problem of damage and failure of anti-icing sealing rings in aircraft engines(referred to as sealing rings) was analyzed.The results showed that the failed sealing rings all broke at the weak points of the structure,and the cause of damage was overload fracture.The small particle size of graphite used in the sealing ring leaded to a decrease in packing density and an increase in volume fraction,which destroyed the continuous phase of the polytetrafluoroethylene matrix,resulting in a decrease in the crystallinity of polytetrafluoroethylene and a decrease in material strength,thereby causing damage and failure of the sealing ring.Controlling the graphite particle sizes could effectively solve the problem of damage and failure of the sealing rings.
