研究不同硫化体系对丁腈橡胶硫化特性、物理性能、耐高温及耐油性能等的影响。结果表明:3种硫黄硫化体系中,CV体系胶料的交联密度最大,t90最长,硫化胶的拉伸强度最大;EV体系硫化胶的拉断伸长率和撕裂强度最大,耐热空气老化和耐油性能均较好;3种过氧化物硫化体系中,DCP3体系胶料的硫化速率最快,t10最长,加工安全性最好,硫化胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度最大,但耐热空气老化和耐油性能较差;DCP2体系硫化胶的硬度和100%定伸应力最大,耐热空气老化和耐油性能最佳。 |

The effects of different vulcanization systems on the vulcanization characteristics,physical properties,high temperature resistance and oil resistance of nitrile rubber were studied.The results showed that,among the three sulfur vulcanization systems,the CV system compound had the highest crosslinking density,the longest t90 and the highest tensile strength.The tensile elongation and tear strength of EV system vulcanizate were the highest,and the hot air aging resistance and oil resistance were good.Among the three peroxide vulcanization systems,the DCP3 system compound had the fastest vulcanization rate,longest t10 ,the best processing safety,the vulcanizate had the highest tensile strength and tear strength,but its hot air aging resistance and oil resistance were worse.The DCP2 system vulcanizate had the highest hardness and 100% tensile stress,and the best hot air aging resistance and oil resistance. |
