分别采用六偏磷酸钠和硅烷偶联剂Si69表面活性处理方法制备白炭黑悬浮液,透射电镜测试结果表明偶联剂Si69处理可以得到分散较好的白炭黑悬浮液。测试了水和乙醇作为分散剂对白炭黑Z平均粒径的影响。选用水为分散剂,对偶联剂Si69处理的不同比表面积白炭黑的悬浮液进行了不同超声功率和超声时间的处理,采用动态光散射(DLS)法测试悬浮液中白炭黑的粒径,结果表明,比表面积越大,粒径越小,白炭黑聚集越严重,需要的分散能量越大;在分散良好的情况下,DLS法用于测试白炭黑粒径的重复性较好。 |

Silica suspension were prepared with sodium hexametaphosphate and silane coupling agent Si69,which were used as surface activity.Transmission electron microscopy test results showed that the dispersibility of silica suspension prepared with coupling agent Si69 was better.The effects of water and ethanol as dispersants on Z-average particle size of silica were tested.Using water as a dispersant,the suspensions of silica with different specific surface areas prepared with coupling agent Si69 were treated with different ultrasonic powers and ultrasonic times.The particle size of silica in the suspension was tested using dynamic light scattering(DLS) method.The results showed that the larger the specific surface area and the smaller the particle size was,the more severe the aggregation of silica was,and the greater the required dispersion energy was.In the case of good dispersion,the DLS method had good repeatability for testing the particle size of silica. |
