| 研究全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶的门尼粘度与其他性能的相关性。结果表明:随着薄通次数的增大,胶料的门尼粘度减小,填料分散度提高,胶料的交联密度增大,-25和0 ℃时的损耗因子(tanδ)减小,60 ℃时的tanδ增大,硫化胶的硬度无明显变化,定伸应力先增大后减小,拉伸强度减小,阿克隆磨耗量增大;门尼粘度与门尼焦烧时间(t5和Δt30)、滞后性能、拉伸强度和阿克隆磨耗量有较强的线性关系。 |

| The correlation between Mooney viscosity and other properties of the tread compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was studies.The results showed that,as the thin-pass number of two-roll mill increased,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased,the dispersion degree of filler was improved,the crosslink density of the compound increased,the loss factor (tanδ) at -25 and 0 ℃ both decreased,tanδ at 60 ℃ increased.The hardness of the vulcanizates change little,the tensile stress first increased and then decreased,the tensile strength decreased,the Akron abrasion loss increased.There was a strong linear relationship between Mooney viscosity and Mooney scorch time (t5 and Δt30),hysteresis performance,tensile strength and Akron abrasion loss。 |
