      研究氯丁橡胶(CR)用量对V带底胶性能的影响以及短纤维种类和用量、线绳种类和规格对V带使用寿命的影响。结果表明,使用100份CR的V带底胶的物理性能较佳;在底胶中加入15份芳纶短纤维,V带的疲劳运转时间最长,耐疲劳性能最好;芳纶线绳V带的使用寿命长于聚酯线绳V带,使用5×3芳纶线绳制作的V带使用寿命长,性价比最高。
英文摘要:
      The influence of chloroprene rubber(CR) dosage on performance of V-belt base rubber,the influence of short fiber type and dosage,cord type and specification on the service life of V-belt were studied.The results showed that,the physical properties of V-belt base rubber with 100 phr CR were better.Adding 15 phr aramid short fiber to the base rubber,the fatigue running time of V-belt was the longest and the fatigue resistance was the best.The V-belt made of aramid cord had a longer service life than that made of polyester cord.The V-belt made of 5×3 aramid cord had a longer service life and the highest cost-effectiveness.
