      以225/60R17轮胎为研究对象,选择胎面胶硬度、带束层种类、带束层角度和三角胶高度4个结构参数为因子,通过正交试验和极差分析法分析结构参数对轮胎室内动态冲击特性的影响。结果表明:胎面胶硬度主要影响轮胎动态冲击纵向力峰峰值;带束层种类主要影响轮胎动态冲击径向力峰峰值和径向阻尼系数;带束层角度对轮胎动态冲击径向力峰峰值、纵向力峰峰值和径向阻尼系数均有较大影响。
英文摘要:
      Taking 225/60R17 tire as the research object,four structural parameters including tread compound hardness,belt type,belt angle,and apex height were selected as factors,the influence of structural parameters on the indoor dynamic impact characteristics of tire was analyzed through orthogonal experiment and range analysis. The results indicated that the hardness of the tread compound mainly affected the dynamic impact longitudinal force peak to peak value of the tire.The type of belt mainly affected the dynamic impact radial force peak to peak value and radial damping coefficient of the tire.The angle of the belt had larger impact on the dynamic impact radial and longitudinal forces peak to peak values and the radial damping coefficient of the tire.
