      利用扫描电镜表征天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶胎侧胶中不同种类防护蜡在不同停放条件下析出的蜡膜形貌,研究蜡膜形貌受环境温湿度的影响规律。结果表明:防护蜡组成中低碳数正构烷烃在4 ℃低温和室温下易析出片状形貌蜡膜,高碳数正构和异构烷烃在40 ℃高温下易析出聚集球状形貌蜡膜,40与20 ℃交替变温对高碳数烷烃析出有促进作用,易形成整片连续的聚集球状蜡膜;高温下湿度变化对蜡膜形貌的影响不大。
英文摘要:
      The morphology of wax films precipitated from different kinds of protective waxes in natural rubber/butadiene rubber sidewall compound under different storage conditions was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,and the influences of environmental temperature and humidity on the morphology of wax films were studied.The results showed that the low-carbon number normal paraffins in the protective wax composition were easy to precipitate flake-shaped wax film at low temperature(4 ℃) and room temperature,and the high-carbon number normal paraffins and isoparaffins were easy to precipitate aggregated spherical wax film at 40 ℃.The temperature variation from 40 to 20 ℃ promoted the precipitation of high-carbon number paraffins,and it was easy to form a continuous aggregated spherical wax film.The change of humidity at high temperature had little effect on the morphology of wax film.
