在轮胎成型过程中,斜交缠绕时因缠绕机头不发生旋转,当缠绕坡度较大时易出现胶片打褶的现象。本工作介绍一种有别于传统自动分层方式的手动分层方法,可以不使用缠绕机的自动分层功能,快速、准确地完成各种形状轮胎半部件缠绕方式的设定,并解决胶片打褶的问题。 |

During the tire building process,rubber sheet fold might be caused when the winding slope was large due to the non rotation of the winding head in bias winding.This work introduced a manual layering method that was different from traditional automatic layering method.It did not use the automatic layering function of the winding machine and could quickly and accurately set the winding methods for various shapes of tire semi components,and solve the problem of rubber sheet fold. |
