研究6种低玻璃化转变温度(Tg)溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)在轿车轮胎胎面胶中的应用性能。结果表明:相较于高Tg SSBR胶料,低Tg SSBR胶料具有优良的耐磨性能以及平衡、优异的滚动阻力性能;乙烯基含量为13%、苯乙烯含量为17%、Tg为-68.6 ℃、双末端改性的SSBR综合性能最优,胶料的加工性能和物理性能均符合要求,并具有较低的滚动阻力和较高的耐磨性能,适用于低Tg轿车轮胎胎面胶配方。 |

The application performance of six kinds of low glass transition temperature(Tg) solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR) in the tread compound of passenger car tires was studied. The results showed that compared with high Tg SSBR,low Tg SSBR had excellent wear resistance,balanced and excellent rolling resistance performance.The double end modified SSBR with a vinyl content of 13%,styrene content of 17%,and Tg of -68.6 ℃ had the best comprehensive performance,and its processing and physical properties met the requirements. It also offers low rolling resistance and high wear resistance,making it suitable for low Tg passenger car tire tread compound formulations. |
