      研究N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺(促进剂CBS)的混合氧化法合成工艺,采用傅里叶红外光谱等多种检测方法分析了反应产物的微观结构。将2-巯基苯并噻唑(促进剂MBT)和环己胺混合,采用先用双氧水氧化、再用次氯酸钠氧化的混合氧化工艺,合成促进剂CBS,最佳工艺条件为:促进剂MBT/环己胺/双氧水/次氯酸钠/水的物质的量比 1/2.2/0.7/0.4/35,温度 45 ℃,打浆成盐时间 40 min;双氧水溶液质量分数 10%,双氧水氧化温度 40 ℃,双氧水氧化时间 3 h;次氯酸钠溶液有效氯质量分数 15%,次氯酸钠氧化温度 35 ℃,次氯酸钠氧化时间 1 h;新环己胺/回收环己胺的物质的量比 1/1.2;制得的促进剂CBS纯度为99.8%,收率达到92%。采用混合氧化法制备促进剂CBS,可以解决次氯酸钠氧化法废水含盐量高和双氧水氧化法收率低的问题,且环己胺循环使用,是具有工业应用价值的绿色工艺。

      The mixed oxidation synthesis process of N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolesulfonamide (accelerator CBS) was studied,the microstructure of the reaction product was analyzed by Fourier infrared spectroscopy and other detection methods.By mixing 2-mercaptobenzothiazole(accelerator MBT) and cyclohexylamine,and then using the mixed oxidation process of hydrogen peroxide oxidation and sodium hypochlorite oxidation,the accelerator CBS was synthesized.The optimum process conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of the accelerator MBT/cyclohexylamine/hydrogen peroxide/sodium hypochlorite/water was 1/2.2/0.7/0.4/35,the temperature was 45 ℃,the time for pulping to salt was 40 min.The mass fraction of hydrogen peroxide solution was 10%,the hydrogen peroxide oxidation temperature was 40 ℃,and the oxidation time was 3 h.The mass fraction of effective chlorine in sodium hypochlorite solution was 15%,the sodium hypochlorite oxidation temperature was 35 ℃,and the oxidation time was 1 h.The molar ratio of new cyclohexylamine/recovered cyclohexylamine was 1/1.2.The purity of obtained accelerator CBS was 99.8% and the yield was 92%.Using mixed oxidation process to prepare accelerator CBS could solve the problems of high salt content in wastewater from sodium hypochlorite oxidation method and low yield from hydrogen peroxide oxidation method.Moreover,cyclohexylamine was recycled.This process was a green process with industrial application value.
