| 介绍460/85R38 Marshland水田农业子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 810 mm，断面宽 480 mm，行驶面宽度 438 mm，行驶面弧度高 31 mm，胎圈着合直径 965 mm，胎圈着合宽度 444.5 mm，断面水平轴位置（H/1/H/2） 1.514，花纹深度 80 mm，花纹饱和度 16.957%，花纹周节数 17。施工设计：胎面采用冷喂料挤出、缠绕法成型，胎体采用3层940dtex/2 F121锦纶66浸胶帘布，带束层采用4层1100/3 F70聚酯浸胶帘布，钢丝圈采用Φ0.96 mm 19#镀铜高强度钢丝，采用二次法成型工艺成型，单模胶囊硫化机硫化。成品试验结果表明，成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、物理性能和耐久性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 460/85R38 marshland paddy field agricultural radial tire was introduced.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 810 mm，cross-sectional width 480 mm，width of running surface 438 mm，arc height of running surface 31 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 965 mm，bead width at rim seat 444.5 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H/1/H/2） 1.514，pattern depth 80 mm，block/total ratio 16.957%，the number of pattern pitches 17.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：the tread was formed by cold feed extrusion and winding method，three layers of 940dtex/2 F121 nylon 66 impregnated cord fabric for the carcass，four layers of 1100/3 F70 polyester impregnated cord fabric for the belt，Φ0.96 mm 19# copper plated high-strength steel wire for the bead wire，using two-stage building process to build tire and single mold capsule vulcanizing press to cure tire.The finished tire test results showed that the inflated peripheral dimension，physical properties and endurance performance of finished tire met the requirements of corresponding design and national standard. |
