      介绍155/90R16 T型备用轿车子午线轮胎的开发。结构设计:外直径 684 mm,断面宽 162 mm,行驶面宽度 108 mm,行驶面弧度高 4.95 mm,胎圈着合直径 401.2 mm,胎圈着合宽度 140 mm,断面水平轴位置( H/1/H/2) 1.040 4,胎面采用直线型纵向主花纹沟和横向花纹沟设计,花纹深度 3.2 mm,花纹饱和度 76.35%,花纹周节数 73。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体使用2层1200dtex/2聚酯帘布,1#和2#带束层使用2+2×0.30HT钢丝帘线,使用一次法成型机成型、液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、脱圈阻力、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到国家标准和车企要求。
英文摘要:
      The development on 155/90R16 T-type spare passenger car radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?684 mm,cross-sectional width?162 mm,width of running surface 108 mm,height of running surface 4.95 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?401.2 mm,bead width at rim seat?140 mm,maximum width position of cross–section( H/1/H/2)?1.040 4,the tread adopted linear longitudinal main groove and transverse groove design,pattern depth?3.2 mm,block/total ratio?76.35%,number of pattern pitches?73.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:three formula and four pieces for tread,two layers of 1200dtex/2 polyester cord for carcass,2+2×0.30HT steel for 1# and 2# belts,using one-stage building machine to build tires,hydraulic vulcanizing press to cure tires.The test results of finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimention,bead unsetting,strength,durability and high speed performance of finished tire met the requirements of corresponding national standards and car enterprises standards.
