      巨型工程机械轮胎(巨胎)载质量大,工作环境苛刻,对其胎面胶的生热、耐磨、抗切割和抗崩花掉块等性能都有较高的要求。从巨胎的主要性能要求出发,重点介绍国内外在巨胎胎面胶用橡胶、填料、硫化体系和加工助剂等方面的研究进展,对提高巨胎胎面胶性能的方法进行探讨。
英文摘要:
      Giant off-the-road tire(giant tire) had large load capacity and harsh working environment,so it had high requirements on the properties of compound such as heat generation,wear resistance,resistance to cutting and chipping.Based on the main performance requirements of giant tire,the research progress of rubber,filler,curing system and processing aids for giant tire tread domestic and abroad were introduced emphatically,and the methods to improve the performance of giant tire tread compound were discussed.
