      分别采用1670dtex和1100dtex芳纶丝,研究结构设计对传动带用浸胶芳纶线绳性能的影响。结果表明:当原丝总纤度相同时,随着初复捻捻度的增大,捻度系数增大,线绳的初始断裂强力呈减小趋势,疲劳后断裂强力保持率呈增大趋势;当捻度相同时,增大原丝纤度,可提高线绳的耐疲劳性能;当直径和捻度相同时,通过改变捻线结构,增大初捻捻度系数,保持复捻捻度系数不变,可使线绳的耐疲劳性能得到提高。
英文摘要:
      The influence of structural design on the properties of dipped aramid cord is mainly reflected in the initial breaking strength and fatigue strength retention rate. Twist coefficient is an important index that affects initial strength and By using 1670dtex and 1100dtex aramid yarn respectively,the effect of structure design on the properties of dipped aramid cord for transmission belt was studied.The results showed that when the total filament size was the same,with the increase of the initial and secondary twist,the twist coefficients were increased,the initial breaking strength of the cord tended to decrease and the breaking strength retention rate after fatigue tended to increase.When the twist was the same,the fatigue resistance of the cord could be improved by increasing the filament size.When the diameter and twist were the same,the fatigue resistance of the cord could be improved by changing the twist structure,increasing the initial twist coefficient,and keeping the double twist coefficient unchanged.
