      制动软管对整车产品安全性影响很大,新版制动软管国家标准实施在即,将倒逼制动软管产业提升产品性能。介绍骨架材料的性能要求及常用种类,分析制动软管骨架材料标准化体系建设,根据骨架材料检验检测行业现状,对骨架材料及检验检测技术发展趋势进行展望。建议检验检测机构充分依托骨架材料相关标准化体系,开发新的检测技术、设计新的检测方法,助推我国制动软管骨架材料产品、技术和标准高质量发展。
英文摘要:
      Brake hoses had a great impact on safety of vehicle products.The implementation of the new national standard for brake hose was imminent,which would force the brake hose industry to improve product performance.In this paper,the performance requirements and common types of skeleton materials were introduced,the construction of standardization system of brake hose skeleton materials was analyzed,and the development trend of skeleton materials and inspection technology were looked forward according to the situation of skeleton materials inspection industry.It was suggested that the inspection organizations should fully rely on the relevant standardization system of skeleton materials,develop new testing technologies and design new testing methods,and promote the high-quality development of products,technology and standard of brake hose skeleton materials in China.
