| 利用废旧轮胎再生橡胶改性沥青制备橡胶沥青混合料(RTR-MBS)。介绍RTR-MBS的生产工艺、现有技术规范、储存及其应用。再生橡胶改性沥青的湿法工艺分为“湿法-高粘度”和“湿法-无搅拌”工艺。无搅拌RTR-MBS在低温下的粘度远低于在高温下的粘度;高粘度RTR-MBS应用于开级配沥青路面层时,路面具有较好的耐氧化性能、耐久性能、耐反射裂缝性能;无搅拌RTR-MBS更适用于密级配沥青路面层。 |

| The recycling rubber from waste tires was used to modify asphalt to obtain the rubber-asphalt mixture(RTR-MBS).The production processes,existing technical specifications,storage and application of RTR-MBS were introduced.The wet process of recycled rubber modified asphalt included “wet processhigh viscosity” and“wet process-no stirring” processes.The viscosity of non-stirring RTR-MBS at low temperature was much lower than the viscosity at high temperature. When the high viscosity RTR-MBS was used in the open graded asphalt pavement layer,the pavement had good oxidation resistance,durability and reflective cracks resistance.The non-stirring RTR-MBS was more suitable for densely graded asphalt pavement. |
