| 介绍轮胎压延钢丝帘布在生产及使用过程中出现脱层的原因及改善措施。压延钢丝帘布脱层的关键影响因素为压延机四辊温度、压力辊轴承完好性、辊距调节稳定性、压延机2#和3#辊速度比、刺气泡装置和主张力。通过改善压延工艺参数及工装精度，可以解决压延钢丝帘布脱层问题，提高轮胎质量，降低成本损失。 |

| The causes and countermeasures of delamination in the production and use of tire calendered steel wire cord were introduced.The key factors affecting the delamination of calendered steel wire cord were the four roll temperature of calender，the integrity of pressure roller bearing，the stability of roll distance adjustment，the speed ratio of 2# and 3# roller of calender，bubble pricking device and main tension.By improving the calendering process parameters and tooling accuracy，the delamination problem of calendered steel wire cord could be solved，the tire quality could be improved，and the cost loss could be reduced. |
