介绍橡胶助剂主要品种促进剂、防老剂以及不溶性硫黄的生产、工艺现状及清洁化发展趋势。经过多年来的发展,我国在橡胶助剂清洁化工艺开发及应用方面均取得了重大进展,如促进剂采用环保氧化剂合成工艺大幅减少高盐含量废水,防老剂清洁工艺打破了国外垄断,连续法不溶性硫黄工艺得到突破。未来我国橡胶助剂行业应坚持以环保、安全、节能为中心发展绿色化工,攻克关键技术瓶颈,实现绿色化、智能化和高质量发展。 |

The production,process status and clean development trend of main rubber additives,such as accelerator,antioxidant and insoluble sulfur,were introduced.After years of development,great progress had been made in the development and application of clean production process of rubber additives in China,such as the use of environmental oxidant synthesis process to reduce high salt content wastewater,the break of foreign monopoly of antioxidant clean production process,and the breakthrough of continuous insoluble sulfur process.In the future,China’s rubber additives industry should adhere to environmental protection,safety and energy saving as the center,develop green chemical industry,overcome the key technical bottlenecks,and realize green,intelligent and high-quality development. |
