| 研究补强树脂对密封条接角胶变色问题的影响。结果表明：补强树脂能提高胶料的硬度，在相同胶料硬度下可减小炭黑的用量；随着补强树脂的用量增大，混炼胶的门尼粘度下降，硫化速度明显加快，硫化胶的拉伸强度有所降低，但撕裂强度大幅度提升；补强树脂的加入可有效抑制高强度密封条接角胶的泛蓝现象，当补强树脂用量为15份时，接角胶表面泛蓝的问题基本得到解决。 |

| The effect of reinforcing resin on discoloration problem of joint of sealing strip was studied.The results showed that，the reinforcing resin could improve the hardness of the compound and reduce the amount of carbon black under the same rubber compound hardness.with the increase of the amount of reinforcing resin，the Mooney viscosity of the compound was decreased，and the vulcanization speed was significantly accelerated，the tensile strength of vulcanizate was decreased，but the tear strength was increased significantly.The addition of reinforcing resin could effectively inhibit the bluish phenomenon of high hardness joint of sealing strip. When the amount of reinforcing resin was 15 phr，the bluish problem on the surface of joint was basically solved. |
