骨架材料是航空轮胎的主要受力部件,其性能直接关系到航空轮胎的整体耐负荷、耐冲击和耐变形特性。波纹保护层是航空子午线轮胎环形筒状带束层外侧设计的一层胎体补强材料,可以改善航空轮胎抗刺扎和机械损伤性能,同时还能改善航空轮胎胎体结构,起到保护缠绕带束层的作用。从波纹保护层的结构设计、骨架材料选择、胶料配方体系、生产工艺等方面进行论述,为航空子午线轮胎波纹保护层的设计和生产提供借鉴。 |

keleton material is the main force component of aircraft tire,and its performance is directly related to the overall load resistance,impact resistance and deformation resistance of aircraft tire.The ripple protection layer is a layer carcass supplement material designed for the outside of the ring-shaped barrel band layer of aircraft radial tire.It can improve the stabbing resistance and mechanical damage performance of the aircraft tire,and at the same time it can improve the structure of the aircraft tire carcass,playing a role in protecting the winding strap layer.The structure design,skeleton material selection,compound formulation system and production process of ripple protection layer were discussed,which could provide reference for the design and production of ripple protection layer of aircraft radial tire. |
