| 介绍9.00R20 144/142F 16PR加强型全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 025 mm，断面宽 260 mm，行驶面宽度 215 mm，行驶面弧度高 7．5 mm，胎圈着合直径 511 mm，胎圈着合宽度 190 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.55，胎面采用阶梯状短直沟花纹设计，花纹深度 24 mm，花纹饱和度 69.14%，花纹节距数 33。施工设计：第1和第2层带束层采用4＋6×0.38HT钢丝帘线，第3层带束层采用5×0．38HEI钢丝帘线，0°带束层采用3×7×0.22HE钢丝帘线，胎体采用0．25＋（6＋12）×0.225HT钢丝帘线，采用一次法成型机成型、热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明：成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均达到国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 9.00R20 144/142F 16PR reinforced truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter?1 025 mm，cross-sectional width?260 mm，width of running surface?215 mm，arc height of running surface?7.5 mm，bead diameter at rim seat?511 mm，bead width at rim seat?190 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2）?0.55，stepped short and straight groove pattern design was adopted in tread，pattern depth?24 mm，block/total ratio?69.14%，number of pattern pitches?33.In the construction design，4＋6×0.38HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt，5×0.38HEI steel cord for 3# belt，3×7×0.22HE steel cord for 0° belt and 0.25＋（6＋12）×0.225HT steel cord for carcass.Using one-stage building machine to build tires and hot platen vulcanizing press to cure tires.The test results of the finished tire showed that，the inflated peripheral dimension，strength and endurance performance met the requirements of national standards. |
