| 介绍20.5/70－16 14PR有内胎小型装载机轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 895 mm，断面宽312 mm，行驶面宽度 300 mm，行驶面弧度高 11 mm，胎圈着合直径 405 mm，胎圈着合宽度 216 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.828 3，花纹深度 19 mm，花纹周节数 20，花纹饱和度 68.7%。施工设计：胎面采用全丁苯橡胶耐磨胶料配方，胎体采用4层反包1870dtex/2V1锦纶6帘布和2层正包1870dtex/2V2锦纶6帘布，缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V3锦纶6帘布，胎圈采用单钢丝圈结构，采用半芯轮式成型机成型，两半模硫化机硫化。成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design on 20.5/70－16 14PR small-sized loader tube tire was described.In the strucrure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 895 mm，cross sectional width 312 mm，width of running surface 300 mm，arc height of running surface 11 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 405 mm，bead width at rim seat 216 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2） 0.828 3， pattern depth 19 mm，number of pattern pitches 20，block/total ratio 68.7%.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：full styrene butadiene rubber wear-resistant compound for tread，4 layers turn-up 1870dtex/2V1 nylon 6 cord and 2 layers normal 1870dtex/2V2 nylon 6 cord for carcass，2 layers 930dtex/2V3 nylon 6 cord for breaker ply，single wire ring for bead，the tires were built by using semi-core tire building machine and cured by two-half mold curing press.The inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of design and national standards. |
