| 分析废旧橡胶循环利用行业现状。介绍环保颗粒再生橡胶生产技术在原材料、能耗、安全、环保、自动化控制等方面的优势，以及产品性能和应用领域等。环保颗粒再生橡胶生产技术采用全自动化联动破碎线，以胶粒代替胶粉，以绿色节能高值化机械再生法代替化学再生法，是一条成熟的智能化、模块化、连续化、清洁化的再生橡胶生产工艺路线。建议环保颗粒再生橡胶尽快实现产业化和推广，并建议向上下游延伸，充分利用“互联网＋”资源平台发展契机，加速我国再生资源回收与循环利用体系的完善。 |

| The current situation of waste rubber recycling industry was analyzed．The advantages of the production technology of environment-friendly particle reclaimed rubber in raw materials，energy consumption，safety，environmental protection，automatic control，etc，as well as the product performance and application were introduced．The production technology of environment-friendly particle reclaimed rubber adopted fully automatic linkage crushing line，used rubber particles instead of rubber powder and green and energy-efficient high-value mechanical regeneration method instead of chemical regeneration.It was a mature，intelligent，modularized，continuous and clean process route for reclaimed rubber production．It was suggested that the environment-friendly particle reclaimed rubber should be industrialized and popularized as soon as possible and extended to the upstream and downstream，make full use of the development opportunity of “Internet＋” resource platform to accelerate the improvement of China’s recycling utilization system of renewable resources． |
