      随着环境保护和化工安全越来越受到重视,开发绿色、高效、安全的生产工艺成为橡胶助剂行业的发展目标。橡胶助剂合成技术升级主要有工艺优化和过程强化两种途径。过氧化氢是一种重要的绿色化学试剂,作为氧化剂的唯一产物是水,是工艺优化的首选氧化剂;微化工技术具有精细化和集成化特点,力求实现化工过程的绿色、安全和高效,作为过程强化的重要手段之一,在橡胶助剂合成领域得到广泛应用。工艺优化和过程强化对橡胶助剂生产企业突破传统工艺,实现绿色高效生产具有重大意义。
英文摘要:
      With environmental protection and chemical safety being paid more and more attention,the development of green,efficient and safe production process has become the development goal of rubber additives industry.There are two ways to seek new synthetic technology of rubber additives:process optimization and process intensification.Hydrogen peroxide which is the preferred poxidant of process optimization is an important green chemical reagent,the only product of hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant is water.Micro chemical technology has the characteristics of refinement and integration,and strives to achieve green,safe and efficient chemical process,as one of the important means of process intensification,it has been widely used in the synthesis of rubber additive.Process optimization and process intensification are of great significance for rubber additives manufacturers to break through the traditional process and achieve green and efficient production.
