      介绍工程机械子午线轮胎成型机组胎面缠绕机数学模型的建立及其结构设计,讨论了缠绕机头运行轨迹的确定、胎坯母线缠绕位置线速度与挤出机出料线速度同步的问题。结果表明,根据研究结果设计的缠绕机以及控制程序软件满足使用要求,提高了成型机组的工作效率。
英文摘要:
      This paper introduced the establishment of mathematical model of tread winding machine in building machines of Off-The-Road radial tire and its structure design.The determination of the running track of the winding head,the synchronization of the linear velocity of the winding position of the tire blank generatrix and the linear velocity of the extruder discharge were discussed.The results showed that the winding machine and program software designed according to the research results met the application requirements and the working efficiency of the building machines was improved.
