| 研究工业化生产中溶聚丁苯橡胶（SSBR）乙烯基质量分数的控制方法。结果表明，通过控制活性剂/烷基锂的用量比、增加小量程流量计、优化改造聚合釜温度压力控制方式等，可以找到乙烯基质量分数控制的最佳平衡点，将SSBR的乙烯基质量分数控制在目标值并兼顾经济性，产品质量稳定。 |

| The method of controlling the vinyl mass fraction of SSBR in industrial production was studied．The results showed that the optimal balance point of vinyl mass fraction control could be found by controlling the dosage ratio of surfactant/alkyl lithium，adding the small-range flowmeter，and optimizing the temperature and pressure control mode of polymerization reactor．The vinyl mass fraction of SSBR could be controlled at the target value with both economic considerations and stable product quality. |
