| 研究溶剂法合成促进剂二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌（促进剂EZ）新技术。试验得到最佳合成条件如下：溶剂 四氯化碳，分散剂 十六烷基三甲基溴化铵，二硫化碳滴加时间 4 h，原料二乙胺、二硫化碳和氧化锌物质的量配比 1∶1.04∶0.55。得到的促进剂EZ为白色粉末，熔点不低于177 ℃，收率约为100%。该生产工艺溶剂可重复使用，节约了蒸馏成本，大大减少了溶剂的损失。 |

| The new technology of synthesis of accerlerator zinc dithiocarbamate（accerlerator EZ） by solvent method was studied.The optimum synthetic condition as follows：solvent carbon tetrachloride，dispersant hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide，titration time of carbon disulfide 4 h，molar ratio of diethylamine/carbon disulfide/zinc oxide 1∶1.04∶0.55.The accerlerator EZ obtained was a white powder with a melting point not lower than 177 ℃ and a yield of about 100%.Using this production process，the solvent could be reused，which saved the cost of distillation and greatly reduced the loss of solvent. |
