| 研究电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱（ICP-OES）法测定硫化胶中的氧化锌含量。采用干法灰化法对硫化胶进行前处理，灰化温度为550 ℃，灰分经无机酸溶解后，采用ICP-OES测定试样溶液中的锌含量。结果表明：锌含量测定标准曲线相关因数为0.999 91，检出限为0.005 mg·L-1；方法的加标回收率为99.3%～107.3%，测定结果的相对标准偏差小于4%。ICP-OES法测定硫化胶中的氧化锌含量简便、快速，结果准确可靠。 |

| The determination of zinc oxide content in vulcanizates by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry（ICP-OES） method was studied.The vulcanizate was pretreated by dry ashing method，the ashing temperature was 550 ℃，the ash was dissolved by inorganic acid，and the zinc content in the sample solution was determinated by ICP-OES.The results showed that the correlation coefficient of the standard curve for the determination of zinc content was 0.999 91，and the detection limit was 0.005 mg·L-1.The recovery rate of spiked sample was 99.3% to 107.3%，and the relative standard deviation of the measurement results was less than 4%.The ICP-OES method was simple，rapid and accurate for the determination of zinc oxide content in vulcanizates. |
