      采用均匀试验设计法,研究硫黄,促进剂MBT,ZDBC,DPG和用量对聚异戊二烯胶乳硫化胶膜性能的影响,引入断裂能作为硫化胶膜性能的评价指标,构建断裂能与3种促进剂和硫黄用量的数学回归模型并进行优化。结果表明:在本试验条件下,构建的断裂能、硫黄、促进剂MBT、ZDBC和DPG用量(S,M,Z和D)之间的关系为W(S,M,Z,D)=29.055 8-0.002 0S5+5.391 8(Z×M)0.55-2.850 4D1.4+4.978 6(Z×M×D)0.53,并由此求得优化方案;硫黄用量为0.98 g,促进剂MBT用量为0.77 g,促进剂ZDBC用量为0.77 g,促进剂DPG用量为0.32 g,硫化胶膜的断裂能模拟优化值为42.78 J·m-2,验证试验实测值达39.81 J·m-2,与模拟优化值接近,表明构建的回归模型具有实际应用价值;促进剂MBT与ZDBC之间以及促进剂MBT,ZDBC与DPG三者之间存在交互效应。
英文摘要:
      The effects of sulfur,accelerator MBT,ZBDC,DPG and their dosage on the properties of polyisoprene latex vulcanizate film were studied by uniform experimental design method.The fracture energy was introduced as the comprehensive index of the tensile properties of the vulcanizate film,and the mathematical regression model of fracture energy and the dosage of three accelerators and sulfur was constructed and optimized.The results showed that the relationship among the fracture energy,dosage of sulfur(S),MBT(M),ZBDC(Z) and DPG(D) was:W(S,M,Z,D)=29.055 8-0.002 0S5+5.391 8(Z×M)0.55-2.850 4D1.4+4.978 6(Z×M×D)0.53.The optimum scheme was 0.98 g of sulfur,0.77 g of ZDBC,0.77 g of MBT and 0.32 g of DPG.The optimum fracture energy of vulcanized film was 42.78 J·m-2.Further validation tests showed that the fracture energy of vulcanized film reached 39.81 J·m-2,which was close to the optimum value and showed that the regression model had practical application value,there were interaction effects between MBT and ZDBC,as well as among MBT,ZDBC and DPG.
